Legal Disclaimer

Architectural Estimating Services ("AES") provides professional cost estimating services for architectural projects within the United States. All estimates, reports, and data provided by AES are intended for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure the highest degree of accuracy based on current construction data, industry trends, and professional databases, these figures do not constitute a guarantee of actual project outcomes, final construction costs, or contractor bids. Actual costs may vary significantly due to market volatility, material shortages, site conditions, and labor availability. All estimates are subject to change without notice as project scopes are refined or new information becomes available.

No Professional Architectural or Engineering Advice

AES is an estimating service provider and is not a licensed architectural, engineering, or law firm. The information and documentation provided by AES are not a substitute for professional advice from licensed design or engineering professionals. We strongly recommend that all clients consult with licensed architects, structural engineers, and legal counsel before making financial commitments, commencing construction, or entering into formal agreements. Under no circumstances should AES estimates be used as stamped construction documents or engineering certifications.

Client Responsibility and Compliance

The client assumes full responsibility for all final project decisions, including but not limited to design approvals, material specifications, and the selection of contractors. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all planned projects comply with local building codes, life-safety requirements, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations in their specific jurisdiction. AES does not guarantee that estimated projects will meet the requirements of local building departments or permitting authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Architectural Estimating Services ("AES") shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on our estimates. This includes, without limitation, damages for project delays, cost overruns, contractor disputes, safety failures, or errors in construction implementation. By engaging AES, you acknowledge that you have been advised to consult with certified professionals and that you accept all risks inherent in the execution of your project.
